3 Eccentric and Eclectic Artists That Deserve Your Attention

If you’re like most people interested in self-educating yourself in the visual arts, you’ll know that is not always easy to find artists that are not mainstream, or not the usual five (Van Gogh, Renoir, Monet, Klimt, etc).
So, here I’ll try to give you information on three visual artists and painters that I reckon everyone should know about and why.
The “visual arts” are art forms such as drawing, filmmaking, design, painting, ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, photography, video, crafts and architecture. And some artists (including artists from this list) are versed in multiple forms of visual arts, however, we’ll focus here on painting.
1: Fernando Botero
If you were to ever enter the premises of my auntie’s — zia Annamaria’s — house, you’d find the red-painted walls adorned by beautiful prints and reproductions of voluptuous bodies.
